Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the terms below for different types of services and products.

Consultancy Services

  • A 14-day cooling off period applies from the date of booking for all consultancy services.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation are eligible for rescheduling or a 50% refund.
  • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a consultation, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a follow-up session at no additional cost.

Software Development Projects

  • Software development projects are billed on a milestone basis as outlined in the project agreement.
  • Refunds for completed milestones are not available once deliverables have been approved and signed off.
  • If a milestone deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications, we will revise it at no additional cost within the scope of the original requirements.
  • Project cancellations are subject to payment for all completed milestones plus any work-in-progress at the time of cancellation.
  • A detailed breakdown of work completed will be provided with any final invoice upon project cancellation.

Hardware Returns

  • Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
  • Custom-configured AI workstations are built to order and are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Faulty hardware will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer warranty terms.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly dispatched.
  • Refunds for returned hardware will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active for the remainder of the term.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Dispute Resolution

  • If you wish to dispute a charge or request a refund outside the standard terms, please contact our support team.
  • All disputes will be acknowledged within 2 business days.
  • We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to an independent mediator.
  • Our dispute resolution process is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
