Lambda

Simple, fast GPU instances and clusters for AI teams.

Best for: Research and engineering teams that want GPUs quickly without hyperscaler complexity.

Workflow: your application uses your own identity and secrets management, passes the network policy we add, and reaches a Lambda GPU instance or 1-Click Cluster running Lambda Stack, with disk encryption.
The request path on Lambda: fewer managed services, so the identity, secrets, network policy and disk encryption are yours to add. API keys are only for the Lambda cloud API.

AI services

  • On-demand GPU instances and 1-Click Clusters with InfiniBand.
  • Lambda Stack: a maintained PyTorch, CUDA and driver bundle.
  • Private clouds for long-term reserved capacity.

GPUs and accelerators

  • H100, H200 and Blackwell-generation GPUs, single instances to multi-node clusters.

Agents and identity

  • API keys for the cloud API; bring your own identity and secrets management for workloads.

Security and data

  • Dedicated instances; we add network policy, disk encryption and secrets management.

Scaling and optimisation

  • Clusters for training; reserved capacity for steady inference.

UK and EU regions

Mostly US data centres; check region before placing regulated data.

Watch out for

Fewer managed services, so storage, networking and security design fall to you.

How Workstation helps: We set up clusters, storage and secure access, and automate workloads through CI/CD.
